1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between Seven Lakes Aparthotel RTA and guests who book and stay at our facility. By booking, you accept these conditions.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking
  • Payment methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfer
  • Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
  • Balance: Full payment due upon arrival

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM
  • Late check-out: Subject to availability and additional charges

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

  • Respecting the facility rules
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order
  • Not causing damage to property
  • Respecting other guests' quiet

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 7 days before: Full refund of deposit
  • Less than 7 days: Deposit retained
  • No-show: Full amount charged

6. Liability

The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the safe for valuables.
